For the Dominican Republic Breylin Familia had a key bases loaded two RBI hit after Puerto Rico Intentionally walked Victor Mercedes.
Francisco Rosario pitched five innings before leaving with the bases loaded and no outs in the sixth.
Michael Fitzpatrick came in and got a double play on his first pitch leaving the score 3-2 in favor of Dominican Republic. He then gave a hit and walked in the tying run.
